I have 4 operations running under tasks that need to be deleted, however, I cannot stop them.

Hello Justin,

 

It seems here that the Acronis Managed Machine service is not started. This server is responsible for backup and recovery management. 

Please go to Windows Services (Run-service.msc), locate "Acronis Managed Machine service" and start it. If it fails to start or stops for no apparent reason, please update your program's build. 

You can do it by downloading the most recent build from your Acronis Account page.
