Hyper-V virtual machine stopped while Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 is running

Hello,everyone.

I run the Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 with schedule backup (e.g. Full/Incremental/Differential) while my Hyper-V virtual machine is running. However, the Hyper-V virtual machine will be shutdown abruptedly when this backup software is running.

Do you guys know why? Please feel free to drop me a line if you know why.

Can you please specify which Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 Edition you are using? I was not able to find any registered product in your account.

What does the log say? Can you please export the logs and post the corresponding error message here?

If not using the Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 Virtual Edition for Hyper-V you need to stop or shutdown the virtual guests or install an Acronis Windows Agent inside the guest systems. It makes sense to exclude the folders for the virtual guest systems on the host to prevent from creating double amount of data and to ensure, that the virtual guest systems are not affected.
