Image recover behind a Firewall

Hello,

We are trying to recover a disk to a PC which is behind a Firewall. When we launch the recover, the PC restarts and boots the Acronis application, but a minute later it crashes and restarts windows again.

If we do the recover with no firewall, the recover works correctly.

We have tried to do the recover behind the firewall, with ALL ports opened, and it still crashes at the same point.

In the firewall log, we cannot see anything being blocked at IP layer.

Any idea of why Acronis crashes behind the firewall? (No log is sent to the Acronis console)

The situation is rather strange and we'll need to conduct an investigation to find out what prevents successful restore with enabled firewall.
