Installed without full 'All Programs' entry or desktop icons

I have been trying to install a trial version of the Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 Advanced Server SBS Edition.

In several attempts, I have been through various hoops including removal of Outlook from the server, an MS-Exchange 'hotfix' and turning-on the VSS 'shadow copies' facility.

I have now reached a point where the programs appear to have installed correctly but the only avaiable link to theme is an 'uninstall' icon on the 'All Programs' menu.

I presume that others have experienced this problem so any ideas would be appreciated.

Which Backup & Recovery components did you install? Shortcuts are installed only with Management Console. You can run in manually from Program files(x86)\Acronis\backupandrecoveryConsole\ManagementConsole.exe if it is there.

Managmeent Console and other components appear on the Windows list of programs - will attempt to access via the path you have provided.
