Internal error: Failed to create the image builder
All was going well for months now all of a sudden differential backups start failing with the folowing error on a SBS 2011 domain controller.

Hello Sean,
This is a general error that doesn't provide an exact root cause of the issue.
Usually, this will mean that something is wrong with your full backup (file corruption for example). Have you tried running a validation operation for this archive? Can you mount/open it?

Thanks for the reply. No I have not attempted to mount or open the archive. I will give that a go and run a validation operation. Although I have managed to get the backups working again after I created a new archive file.

Tony, yes I resolved this. I updated to the latest version and also created a new archive file. You might be able to get away with just creating a new archive file or create a new backup plan.
