Licence disabled

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I have installed the full version of 11.7 trying to use my 11.5 serial and it's saying it's disabled.

What can I do?

Steve

Hello Steve,

Thank you for your posting! Could you please send the license key and full name of the OS edition in PM.

Steve, thank you for additional information! Acronis Backup 11.7 for Windows Server Essentials supports only the following OS editions of Windows Server 2012/2012 R2 - Essentials and Foundation. If the key is not accepted, it's probably a Standard edition, could you please re-check.

It was originally on sbs 2011 working fine but we have had to wipe and start with standard.  Does it really not support it!?

Hi,
Yes, unfortunately Acronis Backup 11.7 for Windows Server Essentials won't function on a Standard Windows Server. You'll need Acronis Backup for Windows Server or Acronis Backup Advanced for Windows Server
Thank you,
