HI,
I have just tried to run one of the backup jobs after created the unmanaged vault, but I am getting the following error. I have checked that I can connect to the vault. Do you know what caused the issue? Thanks!

You can try 44661: Acronis Backup 11.7/11.5: Backup to Unmanaged Vault Fails If XML File Is Corrupt, but it should result in a different error message.
Might be helpful unless you didn't specified access credentials: 2869: Acronis Backup: Backing Up to NAS
You can also try to backup to a local folder, copy the generated backup archive to the NAS location and revise you backup plan and change the backup destination back to the NAS folder.
If the error persists I suggest to collect a System Report and contact the Acronis Customer Support.
