Hi,
I have recently started receiving this error on half of our backup jobs (backing up HyperV virtual machines)

Failed to read the snapshot manager drive.

I have updated the host server and backup server to the latest version Build 11.5.38350 but the problem persists. Can somebody please help as I am due to start DR testing soon and now half of my backups are failing with the same message!!.
