Any help about problem upgrade :

Anyone got this same problem form upgrading version?

Hi Stephan,

the possible reason for this error: Installer can't open cached msi that should be located in C:\Windows\Installer.

In this case I would suggest to uninstall the old build of the product and install the new one from the full .exe-file.

Otherwise the problem must be investigated. Please contact Acronis Support.
