"OK" button is grayed out in Create Backup Plan

I have Backup Advanced for PC. I'm Creating a Backup Plan. I have filled in all the fields and don't see anything wrong, but the OK button is grayed out. Why? There is no indication of what might be wrong. There are no "current activities".

Make sure that there are no fields with orange background indicated as 'required' . Can you post the screenshot of it?
