Please help on this Error when we try to recover the backups..

It's not an error, it's an information message - active restore can be used if backup is stored e.g. on tape or managed vault. Why do you need to use active restore?

I've the same problem. And... there's another way to restore a backup?

In the attached file (sorry, is in spanish) you can see how I get same message: "active restore cannot be used when recovering data from backups that reside on this storage type"

I've two pendrives: one for starting and the other one with the disk images (two disk images: disk C: and disk D:)
