HI
I try to create something like that

Server license---> NAS ----> computers with agents
Which ports I have to block ,so that communications between NAS and computers stop work.

Computers with agents communicate with NAS when they store backups there. Port 445 is used for CIFS share and port 21 - for ftp. If you close this port on computer, it won't be able to use any CIFS (ftp) resources, so I;m not sure if it is what you want. I'm also not sure what "server license" is and how it communicates with NAS in your diagram.
