pre/post execution succeeds at test, fails running backup

Thread needs solution

This is running on Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 Server for Windows, on a 2008R2 box. The .bat file succeeds running as a stand-alone. It also succeeds when running from the "Test Command" function. It doesn't execute when running the actual backup however. The backup doesn't register the command as a failure, but it isn't executing. Are there different behaviors between the test command function and running the backup itself?

Hi Lance,

Thank you for your question! I would suggest checking the user rights of the MMS (Acronis Managed Machine service) user. The account should be a member of "Administrators" and "Backup-Operators" groups and should be granted the following rights. If the MMS-user has all necessary rights, but the issues persists, please refer to the following article. Follow step-by-step instructions, complete prerequisites step before proceeding to error troubleshooting step. If the issue persists, contact Acronis Customer Central.

Thank you!
