Problems with MS Exchange Server after installation AcronisBackup

Thread needs solution

We installed Acronis Advanced for Windows Server trial universal license to WS2012R2 with MS Exchange (component Acronos Backup Advanced installed successfully, Acronis for Exchange not installed because it wants for CU1 for Exchange). After that we made backup of whole disk from Acronis console. Then we saw Default Frontend Transport of MS Exchange had connectivity errors to 25 port.
Now we have unworked ms exchange and I think (?unworked?) copy of whole disk.
We uninstalled Acronis client from server, it's still doesen't work.
How can we call to Russian support and what we have to do now?

Problem seems like in this article:
https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver/en-US/6a4d504…
The difference in table "Get-ServerComponentState ex02 | ft Component,State -Autosize.":
all Components was in state "Inactive".
Solution in this article helped us to run exchange server.
So the question is: what happened and how to install acronis without troubles?
Anoter question. Why Acronis asked for CU1 for Exchange in our system? Our distrib of MS Exchange has version newer than CU5, now actually version CU7.

Hi Boris,
thank you for your postings!
As you can see from this article http://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/AcronisBackup_11.5/#… requirement sounds like that:

Microsoft Exchange Server 2013: Cumulative Update 1 (CU1) or later must be installed.

So, if you have newer version, this shouldn't be a problem.

Did you save an installation log?

Thank you,
Anna
