Re-Installation Issues after W10 Upgrade
Hi all,
after Upgade to W10, BR11.5 didn´t work. Wanted to re-install, but get the following error message during installation:

Zeilenkennung: 0x6e1fbba0feb10f42
Nachricht:
Subfehler
Code: 01111
Zeilenkennung: 0x82848b4a152cc83e
There are still some old components in the app-list:
Acronis Backup 11.5 Bootable Media Builder + Agent for WIndows + Management COnsole.
which I can´t deinstall. Also the abr_cleaner doesn´t work.
Any hint what I need to do to remove it manually, would be helpful.

Hi Ekaterina,
unfortunately, no installation log is created. See enclosed screenshot, where it stops.
Enclosed in the zip-file the latest installation logs I found in the specified path.

Hello Dirk,
It seems, that the installation file is crashing. I would suggest following:
- please download new installation file (build version 43994, because all previous versions do not support Windows 10) and check the MD5 sum: https://kb.acronis.com/content/1855
- if MD5 sum is ok, deactivate anti-virus software if any installed;
- re-attempt the installation
