I have bougt a new subscription for one year and tried to register it which looks ok but I can not see it on my loging page for renewal. What can I do to make it work?? Have tried look around the website but can't fix it. Grateful for help asap...

Hi Lasse,

Thank you for posting your question here. As far as I can see your subscription has been updated successfully. Please check it and let us know if any issues still remain.

If they do, could you submit a support case, please?

Best regards,

Hi Denis,

Thank you for your quick reply. I checked it now and it all seems to be working as expected.
Guess it was something about the expiring date until the new subscrition was enabled.

I have cloud as my second backup location and I got a failure message yesterday propably because the transfer to the new subscription was going on the same time. It looks like my backup to the first location went well though. My next backup is set for monday evening and I just wonder if I have to do anything special or will everything work as expected from then?

How often do you recommend to make a full backup to cloud? So far, I have only made once a year ago when we started with the Acronis solution.

Kind regards,

Lasse

Hello Lasse,

Backup to Cloud will create a full image only once, all further backups will include only the changes made to the selected data since the previous backup. For redundancy purposes you may want to store full backups in some local place or store operational data locally and archive the old copies to the Cloud.

Thank you,
