Hello Erich,

Replication/clean-up failure cannot really cause VM snapshots to accumulate removed because the snapshot should be removed automatically before that (and, in fact, in all cases including crash).

There are probably other maybe deeper issues at play here and I would suggest opening a support ticket to check this out.

You can also use the following instructions: https://kb.acronis.com/content/32611 to cleanup the snapshots (different product, but the process is the same).

Concerning the clean-up error: this usually happens when there is an inconsistency between the meta-data in the vault and the actual archives in the vault. The product is searching for a file called VM_02_28_06_46_49_203D38.TIB (which is listed in meta-data) but our product either can't find it or can't access it (because it was already removed, for example).

There are different ways of fixing this depending on the type of vault used. Could you please clarify the type of vault you are using?

Thank you.
