Restoring Windows 10 Pro fully patched

Thread needs solution

We have the latest 11.7 Acronis backup and we made a bootable image on to a USB fob.  Backed up a NUC, With SSD drive, Windows 10 Pro 64 and verified the image.  It was backed up to a USB drive (500 GB).  We tried to restore the image on an exact same NUC and it will get to 15% and fail indicating:

Code: Error code 37

LineInfo: 89d94b01b483de55

Fields: $module : disk_bundle_glxa64_50058

Message: Index is corrupted

We cannot get passed this.  We tried a different hard drive to backup the image to (so we know it is not a problem with the hard drive) and get the same result.

The odd thing is, if we use a new NUC with Windows 10 Pro 64 (the original Windows 10 before the updates/patch/Anniversary update, etc), we can do both the backup and restore on a similar NUC.

Anyone else having this problem?

There may an error on the file system that was backed up, so that it can be backed up but not restored. Try to run chkdsk on it and fix errors.

I don't think it is recommended to run CHKDSK on an SSD.  The same PC we imaged with the free MACRIUM REFLECT and restored to the SSD we tried to with Acronis went perfectly.  I have always been a believe in Acronis but the product seems to have degenerated over the years.

Thank you for your response.
