I received a image backup create with Acronis Backup and Recovery that I need to recover, when I double click the file in the windows explore, it expand and show the contents of the file showing the drive C,D, etc and the going deeper I can see the files.
However when I try to select it in the Acronis Backup and Recovery to run the restore I keep getting the message: "the selected location does not contain backed up data"

I did restore several times and this is the first time that I see this message.

Maybe meta .xml file is missing - in this case you need to open this folder anyway and click 'refresh' button in 'archive view' tab.

Thank you, I created an Personal vault for the folder containing the file and there I did refresh.. TADAAAA, the Acronis finally could open the backup.
