Sending E-mail Notification Fails with 0x014F0020+0x014F0013

Hi all,

I recently installed ABR11.5 and set up a task and configurd the emailnotification but I did not managed to get it working yet.

according to the article:
http://kb.acronis.com/content/29113

My Ouitlook can send and fetch emails via this email account, ABR 11.5 not.

I tried all variations in the settings:

- With SMTP credential, without...
- Name of sender is same like the account emailadress ()
- tried with SSL and without
- Ports are not blocked in firewall
- deactivated FW
- ABR11.5 runs on W7 PC.
- Login POP3 first

I am running out of ideas. While utlook still can connect to this accoutn on the same PC
ABR 11.5 won't send Mails. Whenever I hit the test button, there are 2 Errors popping up.

0x014F0020 + 0x014F0013

the las one says: can't accept sender

any ideas folks?
