SFTP Backup Issue
I am having an issue when attempting to run SFTP backups using Acronis 11.5.38350 to my QNAP NAS device. This used to work perfectly fine for several months until our QNAP had hardware problems and we had to restore it. Now every time I attempt to connect to the QNAP I just keep getting prompted over and over again for the login credentials. I know the credentials I have entered are correct so that isn't the issue. I can browse the QNAP with SFTP clients such as WinSCP and Filezilla and they work just fine. I also verified the path is correct and matches up with what WinSCP/Filezilla show and what I enter in the "Location" window when creating the backup task. SO I know for sure the path and login credentials are correct.
The one thing I noticed was when I connected for the first time with WinSCP and Filezilla I got a prompt that the "Host Key" had changed. On both I selected an option to Update the Host Key and accept it. After that these SFTP clients worked fine. I am wondering if maybe I need to update the Host Key for Acronis but I am not sure how to do this or where the key is stored. Could this possibly be my issue or can it be something else? Any help would be appreciated.

I'm having the same issue. I deleted the registry data however that didn't fix the probelm. Still having probelms logging into the SFTP server. AFter entering my crendentials I just keep getting the login box popping up.
