"Single-pass disk and application backup" feature cannot be shown

Dear Acronis support,

We have 2 servers with same OS (Windows Storage Server 2012 R2 Std 64-bit) and both installed Acronis BAckup Advanced (Version 11.5 Update 5).
What we find that the feature "Single-pass disk and application backup" cannot be shown and selected in one server when starting the backup job creation. It is no problem for another server which using this feature.
The difference between 2 servers are the problem server which is no SQL server installed.
Also, a program called "Acronis License Server" under Programs & Features has NOT been installed in the problem server. Is it caused the issue?

Single-pass option can be turned on only if the server has application installed (MS SQL server and/or Active Directory) and corresponding Acronis agent. Complete image of the server can be created without this option.
