SSL Authentication failed because there's no certificate on the server

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I'm starting with Acronis B&R and I'm trying to follow the procedure to backup a single machine.

I installed the AB&R Management Console and I'm trying to add a machine to backup.
On the target machine I've installed the AB&R Management Console, the AcronisAgentCore.msi and AcronisAgentWindows.msi.
When I try to add the machine I receive the message "SSL Authentication failed because there's no certificate on the server".
I've imported the 'Administrative template' and I set the client to don't use the certificate:
Client Encrption Option > Enabled then Encryption disabled (use if possibile).

I rebooted the machine but still receiving that message.

I really don't know how to fix it.

Is there anyone who can help me?

Best regards,
Alex.

Just to add more details, the Acronis Remote Agent Service is running under Administrator user (the one I used during the installation).
Password didnt' changed.

I obtain the same result on two different machine.
I was wondering if there's something wrong in the server installation.

Regards,
Alex.
