Storage Node Offline
Hi,
im wondering if anyone can shed any light on my issue.
All of a sudden our Storage Node has gone offline, i have checked the service is still running, i have checked the service user details. When i attempt to create a new storage node i get.

Hello Jamie,
Thank you for cooperation! The message "An underlying layer has disconnected from the peer" often refers to the crash of some processes. On the machine with Acronis Storage Node please check Windows Event Viewer for Events with ID 1000 Application crash as per KB https://kb.acronis.com/content/45631. If service crash is registered in the Windows logs, I would recommend contacting our support team for detailed investigation. As workaround you could also re-install Acronis Storage Node using default Acronis account.
