System backup can't be accesed by bootable media

Thread needs solution

I made a disaster recovery backup of my system, two volumes (partitions on my hard-drive), OS and programs. When I tried to recover it via the bootable media, it found it but said can't get access to it. There was a note that some three letter acronym should also be recovered but I couldn't find out what. When I make the backup the choice is given from the volumes (partitions) only. How to make a backup that can be restored if the OS collapses?
Thanks.

Georgey,

The 3 letter acronym was probably MBR which you would want to recover.

Are you using ABR 11.5 or True Image 2013?

Yes, Colin, the three letters were probably MBR. Yet, I can't take them for anything that I want to recover, please tell me what they stand for.
I want to restore two volumes, C system and P programs on my hard-drive.
I use ABR 11.5.
Thanks.

When you make backup of partitions, MBR is included with the backup automatically. When you select 'what to recover' , it will appear along with partitions.

>it found it but said can't get access to it.
Digital photo if this error whould be the best.

I discarded the backup that was apparently not restorable
Then I attempted to make it again twice. The process froze both times at 77%. When however I closed it, the main panel said it succeeded with the correct time; yet in the same panel there was a warning too that no backup was made in more than 5 days.
31.3 GB was written (could be 77%) but the LCK file 0 KB.

I am not aware of any change in my system since the last time when the backup went smoothly (as mentioned I had difficulty with the restoration).
Alas, I don't have a camera nor a phone with one.

What to do?
Thanks.
