Tape Management/Bandverwaltung not available

Thread needs solution

I just installed B & R 11.5 with a test license and tried to setup a backup on a HP LTO-5.
But the “Bandverwaltung” under “Navigation” is missing.
What do I have to do to setup a tape backup?

P.S.: It’s not possible to contact your support by chat, phone or any other because you cannot choose a product on the contact site for a test license user.

Thank you for posting this question in our forum. I am happy to assist you. 

The Tape support is available only in the advanced platform products. If you are testing a standalone version, you will not be able to backup to tape.

For contacting support, you need to choose the account, where you have downloaded the trial product. In the account, you are currently using, no trial is registered.
