Task already running (Error code 0x0009005)

Hello,

we run Arconis B&R 11.5 SP2 on a virtual server.

After the Update to SP2 we can't start any backup.
We always get the Error Mesaage "Task always running" see below.

Unfortunaltely, we can't find any hint via the acronis support.
We have already restart the virtual server on witch the acronis management console runs.

Did anyone have an idea to solve the problem?
