Tib files are empty
Two days ago i updated my acronis backup to a new version 11.5. The only problem now is that all tib files are empty when i tried to opend them with explorer. The files are several giga but the folders inside are empty.
The information i get from backup is that everythin are ok as you can see :

Well , I cheched all above you said but
1. There are no new update for the Acronis Management Console
2. I have already Register the licenses in my account
I did mount one of these tib files and in the end I get this (you can see the attached file)
The problem get serious because I have over a week to get a backup the server (the tib files have size but no files inside them)
If any one has any idea to deal with this problem, please tell me about it.

Management console on the screenshot and the agent on the machine are still version 11. Is it some other installation? Backups made by newer (11.5) version may fail to open by version 11. Can you recover these files if you go through recovery procedure as in http://www.acronis.com/support/documentation/ABR11.5/index.html#870.html selecting 'Files' as backup contents?

I cheched what you said about the version and the update version I can download from my account is : Latest Build: #17440 (793.73 MB2012-07-25 00:00:00) Apparently is still the version 11 not 11.5 . Sorry about my mistake but that's not the real problem I have here.
I tried to mount another tib file 533 Gb and it works. I can see the files inside. This backup is Full the others are incremental but until now I could open them with explorer and see the files inside them.
For the history I have 2 licenses
1. Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Advanced Server SBS Edition Standard + Universal Restore
2. Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Server for Windows Standard
and my backup structure is :
Backup : Disk C
Disk D
Backup scheme : GFS
backup on : Working Days and Saturday
Dayily : 5 days
Weekly : 1
Monthly : 1
