Trying to get a hold of Acronis is impossible.
We have 4 support contracts with Acronis.
We have 5 copies of the software. Recetly the software expired for the 5th copy.
Some time ago a person contacted me and was going to send me a quote for support. They never sent it. Even getting to that point was really hard. For some reason when they call they never look at the time zone of our organization. Its like they dont really want to talk to you. They leave messages at 6:pm. I have mentioned this to them several times they just dont seem to care. I would like to talk to them. At one point the sales person didnt get back to me for weeks. As it turns out they had some sick relative, which we all feels sorry for but why doesnt someone else handle the outstading cases.
So recently I called support for an issue. All the 800 numbers dont work.
I tried to call the site on the web side and it rings and then goes busy. Another number you get through to their corprate office but when you press for support it goes to and number that does not work.
I have left messages for two people and asked them to get back to me for renewals but no one reponds. Its like the company is not in business but is just trying to keep things limping along.
Is there an 800 number that can be use and you can get a person.
When I tried on their web site phone to connect via the internet, nothing happens. You click on it and it does nothing.
I did at some point get through to a support person, not sure how exacly, they helped me with the technical problem. When I asked about phone numbers I could use they gave me some numbers, but they dont work. I emailed the support person to see if they had different numbers, but I got no reponse. Despite the fact that they always say Just email if you have any other issues. I sense they are probably just as frustrated as the rest of us.
Could some person from the company post what is going on here. So everyone can see and abe helped ????
