Unable to add Linux machine to AMS

Thread needs solution

This linux machine gets a license assigned to it, and I can connect to it using the Manage a remote machine (and do a backup of it using this), but I cannot add it to the AMS. It fails everytime. The other two linux machines on the network add to the AMS just fine. Tearing my hair out trying to figure this out.

 

Tried calling support but have been unable to get anyone to answer the phone. However have been listening to some nice piano music for the past 30 minutes
