If you are trying to connect to a managed machine, use the credentials of an 'Acronis Remote Users' security group member.
To connect to a management server installed locally, use the credentials of an 'Acronis Centralized Admins' security group member.
For remote connection to a management server, use the credentials of an account that is a member of both these security groups.

Thanks.

Hello Tong Ping Sieng,

Please add the User account, which credentials you are using for connection to remote machines to the security groups 'Acronis Remote Users' and 'Acronis Centralized Admins', as mentioned in the error message. Under the following link you will find the list of neccessary user rights for remote connections. Here you will find the list of Acronis security groups.

Thank you,

Hi Ekaterina,

I have already check that admin user account is already add onto both these groups 'xxxx$ Acronis Remote Users' and 'xxxx$ Acronis Centralized Admins' both still encounter the same error.

Thanks

Hello Tong Ping Sieng,

Could you please provide us with the detailed screenshots of user rights, screenshot of credentials you are using while adding the remote-machines and screenshot of user account, under which Acronis Management Server is running.

Could you also try to add the remote-machine to the AMS as follows: connect to the remote machine "Connection - Manage Remote machine", then go to "Machine options - Machine management", specify the Management Server IP/Name.

Thank you,
