- All this actions are possible when directly connected to a managed machine.

Hello,

running Acronis Backup 11.5.32308, second time I get this kind of error:

after I schedule a Backup job through the AMS on a client computer, the same job does not appear in the Backup plans and tasks list, so it is impossible to check it or to modify it.

I tried:
1. restarting the console
2. connecting directly to the client machine (only an old restore job was listed)
3. refreshing the Backup plans and Tasks list
4. tried recreating that same job

No luck.

Any ideas?

I just rebooted the whole thing, still the newly implemented backup jobs are missing. The host machines are reachable.

The problem just got bigger:

In addition to the things mentioned above, we are unable to modify existing jobs (which execute as scheduled btw):

1. We are unable to modify already existing jobs:
Existing job -> Edit -> Modify settings -> Save
but the changes to the job do not get really saved.

2. We are able to create clones of the existing jobs, but we are unable to modify their settings.

We have more than 100 Acronis licensed clients running, please assist on this issue.

Current status: no Scheduled jobs on AMS can be created, edited or deleted. No signs of errors in logs or GUI. All other components (accounts, db, clients) functioning correctly.

Assistance would be appreciated.

Some issues that may lead to such behavior were fixed in 11.5 Update 6 , so I'd recomment to update the AMS to the latest build.
