Unable to install Acronis backup agent into my servers (Windows Server 2008 ENT)

I has checked on the similar forum and its mentioned on the specific username. Therefore i had tried with other user name with local administrative and domain administrative privilege but come out with the same error msg.

Hello Alan,

Welcome to Acronis user forums! I'd recommend following the troubleshooting steps listed here. The most important thing is to make sure all prerequisites for remote installation are met on both machines. As a workaround, you can perform a local installation and then add the machine to Acronis Management Server to enable centralized management of this Agent.

Thanks for you reply, I had follow the prerequisites for remote installation. But the error is still pop-up with same error code. For manual installation for backup agent is support for trial version? Because i need to test it out before purchase the license.

I tried to install the backup agent manually but it failed with the following error.

Hello Alan,

have you copied the installation file to the target machine and executed it as administrator, right? Would you mind sharing a couple of screenshots that will show which options you've selected in the installation wizard and the related installation log.
