Unable to redownload after updated to ABR 11.5

Hello

I upgraded my ABR 10 ADV to 11.5 ADV, I got the licence key from the email and it works fine, but on my account I cannot redownload ABR 11.5 ADV. It doesn't even shows on my account, and I cannot contact support because it says I have no running contract.

How can I have this correctly in my account ?

It won't appear in your account automatically - you need to register it in your account yourself, then you will get access to download. Support for such non-technical questions (sn registration, website download) is accessible even without valid support program under 'customer care' issue type.
