Universal Restore Issue for HP Smart P440 Driver

Thread needs solution

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is "Lung" from Hong Kong. I tried to restore an Acronis Backup image in a new HP DL380 G9 Server with Acronis 11.5 Bootable Media. However, it was failure to detect those harddisks. It seem that the Acronis 11.5 Bootable Media did not find the HP Smart Array P440 driver. I tried to create a new Acronis 11.5 Bootable Media including the HP Smart Array P440 drive, but the result was failure also. Windows-like representation>

Do you have any solutions to solve this problem ? Pls advise

Our Server details shown as below.
OS : Windows 2012R2 (300GB X 2 / Build as RAID 1)
Raid Driver : HP Smart Array P440
Acronis Version : Acronis Backup Advanced (Version 11.5 Update 3)

Thank you for your posting! First of all make sure you are using the latest build version (43994). If the issue occurs on the latest build, I would suggest creating a WinPe-media. If the issue persist, please contact our support team for the deeper investigation.
