Upgrading from version 11 to 11.5

We have a currently running Acronis environment at version 11 and have recently added a few more nodes at 11.5. We'd like to upgrade the Management Server, Storage Node, etc., to version 11.5 while still having v11 agents "in the field". Is it possible to successfully run in "mixed mode" -- with some agents at 11 and some at 11.5, with Management and Storage at 11.5? Just want to make sure this will work and is supported.

Yes, some agents at 11 and some at 11.5, with Management and Storage at 11.5 will work -- exactly as you outlined. Just upgrade all of the management components. The following document (section 2 and further) may be helpful: http://www.acronis.com/download/docs/abr11.5a/upgrade

Yes, it's possible. It's not reflected in documentation unlike 11 <-> 10 compatibility, many limitations (like legacy managed vault for version 10 agents, separate unmanaged centralized vault because of meta data format difference - kb.acronis.com/content/36325 ) do not apply for this scheme, and version 11 may be considered as previous build of 11.5 .
