Vault '...' is corrupted after patch update 37687

Hello,
I get a vault corrupted failure on all central managed vaults since I updated 11.5 from patch 32308 to 37687.

All central vaults looks good and backup history can be viewed. But ...
(a) content cannot be viewed (Failed to obtain the backup contents).
(b) in Backup Job I get and error: "The vault you have selected is unavailable at the moment."
(c) when I edit a central vault, I get on save: "Vault '...' is corrupted.

Background:
All central managed vaults are network CFIS shares (e.g. \\server\share)

What I did:
1. I restarted the Storage Node Service several times. It does not work.
2. I created a new vault. That works.

I won't loose all my backups. Do you have any idea how I can repair the vaults?
