WARNING The backup plan was created by another user.

Thread needs solution

Hi,

We made the initial priming, our backup is today properly loaded in the cloud Acronis. By cons, incremental backup doesn't work.

If we edit the backup plan, we have this warning message below.

WARNING The backup plan was created by another user. If you change the backup plan you need to change the credentials of the backup plan information.

Despite the change, it doesn't disappear the warning message.

My problem solved by Acronis support.

To "change" access key for a Cloud archive (and to make sure the key is correct), proceed as follows:
1. In the Acronis Management Console navigate to Options > Console Options > Credentials cache.
2. Disable the option to store credentials and click on the Clear Cred. Cache button.
3. Apply the settings, close the console and launch it again.
4. Navigate to the Online Vault (account password will be requested).
5. Unfold the Cloud archive to view its versions (archive protection key will be requested). Wait for it to load contents.
6. If no backups appear under the archive, repeat steps 1-5 with the correct key!
7. If the backup version is shown, try to browse it (if there are no contents, see the second part of step 6).
8. After verifying the key, create a new backup task and select the IS archive on the Cloud as "Where to back up", archive protection key should be automatically applied if the archive was just opened through the Vault view, if not, check the corresponding option and input the key there.
9. Save the task with the desired options and run the backup.
