Win 7 Revodrive 2 to Revodrive 3 restore failed

Hello.

my system was configured as following:

- OCZ Revodrive 2 X2 240 GB (SO Win 7)
- 4X300 Velociraptor RAID 0

due to a Revodrive malfunction I executed a backup with Acronis 11.5 to an external disk (usb connected) and sent out for an RMA.

Once received my new OCZ Revodrive 3 240GB I inserted bootable disk for a restore by using an image but the result is that Acronis is not able to find any image!

I'm able to see a folder called:

"Desktop Acronis Backup" within backup file and catalog folder.

this is the log if I trs to execute a manual validation of the image:
