Is it possible to use the serial number of Windows version for Linux version?

If this is really the 11-th version license, you can use it either for a Windows or for a Linux machine.

In my account I can download only the latest versions of applications windows. How do I download the application for Linux?

There must be a link to the Agent for Linux and Linux Console installation files in your account. The further instructions are here: http://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/ABR11/index.html#500…. Other components (Management Server, Storage Node) can be installed in Windows only.
But do you really want to install ABR11, i.e. build 17440? Why not upgrade the license to more stable Acronis Backup 11.5? This is much easier than install ABR11 and then upgrade it to AB11.5.

Update: If your account displays "Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Advanced Workstation Standard" (as you stated in another thread), there will not be a link to Linux components. The Workstation product is designed for Windows only.
