Wrong Username or Password

Thread needs solution

Hi,

My company purchased 4 x 1TB servers a few days ago, I activated the licences on my online account yesterday.

Today I have installed the software on each of the servers and when I try to perform

Actions > Activate online backup subscription

It says wrong username or password, when im logged in online so I know it is correct.

I have checked your account and can see that the online subscription is successfully registered there.

The credentials are the same, as you are using for your account login
