Acronis 11.7 Hyper-V backup restoration problem

Thread needs solution

I installed Acronis Hyper-V component on the Windows Server 2019 Acronis 11.7 setup. Restarted.

Then I did Hyper-V VM backup.

After this I am trying to recover this backup on the other Windows 2019 Server with same Hyper-V component.

It starts normally, but after adding network adapter nothing seems to be happening, no progress, no messages.

Hello!

The fact the activity doesn't progress doesn't mean necessarily that something is wrong.

Everything depends on the amount of data of the machines you want to recover. If it's an huge size it will take a lot of time.

I would suggest you to reboot the Hyper-V host and try to recover again. You can try to check if the recovery process is working or not by recovering small files of those VM's. If the recovery of those small files works that means the process is OK.
