Acronis Backup 11.5 and Bitdefender

Thread needs solution

Hello,

Following the installation of Bitdefender Gravity on our client workstations (Win 10), backups with Acronis Backup 11.7 no longer work on the workstations.

On the client that has the management console, it is not possible to connect to the local client. Accessing the console also returns an error.

What to do ? Which process is allowed on Bitdefender?
Disabling the firewall does not change anything.
