Acronis Backup Advanced 11.7N_50420_en-US doesn't see any RAID SSD
I've been using Acronis for years with no problem until now. There's a desktop, where SATA operation in the BIOS is set to RAID. I can make a backup from windows only. But I can not recover, neither from the USB Acronis media nor from the WDS server 2019. Acronis booting up as usual, but doesn't recognize 4 SSD's, no one. What's wrong?

Hello to Vadim and Ecaterina,
The problem with detecting NVMEs, SSDs or RAID will be the norm with new hardware.
I also use Acronis 11.
For example I have a relatively new motherboard based on Intel 590 chipset that and Acronis Media will not detect anything (it has a NVME and a RAID).
In such cases even W11 will not start install without supplying drivers that will enable hard drives detection.
So that after installing Windows (even 11) you will be able to backup your computer but will not be able to restore the data "normally", I mean either using installed Acronis or using you recovery media.
My solution was to inject latest Intel drivers into a WinPE Acronis recovery and this will work with new or old Inel based hardware.
