Can't connect to localhost

Thread needs solution

A few days ago the Acronis Managed Machine Service stopped and won't run now.  When I start the Service it stops almost immediately.

I have run a 'repair' installation on my system to no avail.

Any other suggestions to troubleshoot or repair?

Hello Michael.

If you have any A.Virus, please make sure it is compatible with the services ( Whitelist them ): https://kb.acronis.com/content/46430

Please also check if the service is running under domain administrator account or local administrator account.

If you use SQL try to fix the connection strings reg. keys if your MSSQL instance has non-standard naming.

This kind of issues are complicated to troubleshoot without logs and unfortunately there's no support or updates for Acronis Backup 11.7 since several years ago.
