management console server not listed in dropdown to add new agent

Thread needs solution

For some users in my team, the management console server information is not populated to add new agent windows machine. I'm using Acronis backup 12.5. Note I'm having same level of access and I'm able to see the management server name in this drop down. has anybody faced this issue and please let me know if there is any solution available.
