Recovery to raid 1

I have a hp server with two disks in raid 1 with the window 2016 operating system. I do a complete backup of the system and I need to restore the backup but I have done it on one of the disks and it does not start giving me the option to recover windows. I boot from usb with acronis backup & recovery 11.7 universal restore. But I don't know how I should do the restoration to boot the system from the raid. Do I have to select MBR? With the mbr on the disk that I have tried to restore, it does not start. Thank
