Hello,

we have an MS Small Business Server 2011 and we try to backup the Information Store.

After the backup failed i see in the log that the Exchange writer is not actived but he is !
I checked the Setting in the Registry of the Server and the VSS is activated.

Can anybody help me to resolve this Problem, the "normal" backup of this Server runs without Problems !?
