Acronis 11.5 Clone not working getting errors constatnly

Thread needs solution

I am booting from a CD, cloning my SSD HD to an new SSD the same size. I get a series of error messages, and tech support does not respond to my requests? I cannot get anyone on the phone in the US, as it says see our website. No joy here. I know that I have eererors on the existing ddisk, and that is why I am cloning it, but Acronis will not do the job. Attached are the errors.

Hi Richard,

Thank you for your posting! Such problems can arise due to broken FS. Run CHKDSK on all volumes from source disk. Please also try to perform cloning with the bootable media of the latest build. You can download an ISO file from your account on the Acronis website. As workaround I would suggest to backup the source-disk and restore it to the target-disk. If the issue persists, could you provide us with the screenshots of your actions, screenshot from Windows Disk Management and exact size of source and target disks.
