Acronis Advanced Backup 11.5 Export Failed

Thread needs solution

Hi,
I use Acronis Backup Advanced Server 11.5 on Windows Storage Server 2012 R2. Licences are working, I can start the management console set backup plans etc. without any problems but when I try to export a backup to another directory I get the following error:

Hi! 
Thank you for your posting! First of all, please make sure the agents are properly added to Acronis Management Server (not grayed out and it's possible to connect to a Managed machine directly -> select the affected agent in Machine with Agents view and then click on Connect). You say it's possible to configure backup plans, but does the backup actually work? 
In the most cases the SSL error means that some SSL settings and certificate between AMS and agent are broken.  Usually it helps to re-install the agent from scratch. Is it possible in your case? I'd also recommend updating all components to the latest available build 50088 

If the issue persists, I'd suggest checking solutions from the following articles:

1. On the machine with AMS run Troubleshooting Script for Acronis Management Server with the parameter -fix:all 

2. Check the size of the SQL db that is used by AMS https://kb.acronis.com/content/12857 Sometimes the db grows to considerable size and cannot accumulate new information thus causing synchronization issues between AMS and agents. The article explains how to reduce the size of the db.  

3. Acronis Backup Advanced: Connection Errors Out with "Failed to create the channel" or "SSL Connection Failed"

In AMS i haven't agent, wath agent i need to install?

Catalog dataview is blank.

I can backup/recovery all my physical and virtual machine without problem.

I can configure new backup plan

I can delete backup plun and backup

AMS server is a storage node wich create backup from physical and virtual machine.

Hello Ivano,

If it is possible, I'd also recommend that you update all components to the latest available build # 50420 which has been released on 2019-01-29.

I should also ask you the reason why you decided to run the Troubleshooting Script for Acronis Management Server.
